In 1996 Irwin started the firm – today we are a fully integrated wealth management company with over $200 million in assets under management. Irwin brings unmatched tax planning experience to the business. Prior to starting the firm, Irwin spent 27 years with Arthur Andersen. As Managing Partner of the Tax Department in Denver, CO, he was recognized as a leading expert in oil & gas and real estate taxation. He finished his career as the Director of Tax Methodology for Arthur Andersen worldwide at the corporate headquarters in Chicago, IL. A forty year resident of Colorado, Irwin is dedicated to giving back to the community. He has most recently served on the Boards of the Rose Community Foundation and the Jewish Reconstructionist Federation. Additionally, he is a past Board member and past Treasurer of the Kempe Children’s Foundation. Irwin received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He is active in the Colorado Society of CPAs as well as a past Board member and an active member of the American Institute of CPAs. Irwin is an avid reader and enjoys leading book discussion groups. He is a baseball fan and is often spotted at the Rockies games. Irwin also plays in several fantasy sports leagues. He enjoys traveling with Carol, his wife of 50 years, and spending time with his three children and his six grandchildren. |
